Born in Huaral-Peru. 3rd generation of japanese immigrants and peruvian mix. He immigrated to Japan at a young age. While in Japan, he discovered his passion for the visual arts.

He discovered experimental films, non narrative films and surrealism while studying at Toho Gakuen Film Technics College in Tokyo, Japan.
